Well-rounded sweetness, hints of blueberry and a pleasant hazelnut finish.

This coffee shows us just how good decaf can taste; a sweet and well balanced blend from two great Guatemalan coffee producers; El Pacaylito and Finca La Pastoria.

A really versatile coffee – tastes great as a filter and is equally at home when brewed as espresso.

This coffee has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which is 100% free from chemicals and chlorinated solvents.

The decaffeination process is certified organic.

Cup results after the Swiss Water Process are extraordinary since the original beans maintain their cup profile.
