Sitting high in the Sironko District, the area is blessed with rich volcanic soils and cool mountain air, creating the perfect environment for growing expressive coffees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s our \u003cb\u003efourth year\u003c\/b\u003e working with these producers; their focus on traceability, farmer training, and environmental stewardship means each lot not only tastes exceptional but also supports the long-term sustainability of the community.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThis year’s selection is named after Jackie Nafuna\u003c\/strong\u003e, who is the Coffee Gardens’ processing specialist. The care and attention of Jackie and her team has unlocked the coffee’s unique flavours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee was prepared using a distinctive method - a \u003cspan\u003evariation of the washed\u003c\/span\u003e process: Ripe cherries were co-fermented in their own pulp prior to sorting and drying.
