High altitude, regular rainfall, volcanic soils … and an abundance of Bourbon - it’s not surprising Rwanda can produce some exceptional coffee. The excellent Bushoki really is a fine example, showing wine-like characteristics that the best Rwandan coffees can bring to the cup.

The smaller 35KG bags in the picture were the final ones to arrive, but well worth the wait. So excited to share Ovidio Garcia’s honey processed lot from La Nueva again this year - look for the release later this month!

A regional blend, with all the coffees used scoring between 84 and 85 points. Comprising seven top quality lots, from seven different small-scale producers we met in HueHuetenango earlier in the year. A really great decaf coffee with full transparency and traceability to each producer. We call it Quality with Provenance.
